Joomla 5.3.2 Bugfix Release

The Joomla! Project is pleased to announce the release of Joomla 5.3.2, the second bugfix update in the 5.3 series. This version reflects Joomla’s ongoing commitment to providing an accessible, user-friendly, and secure open-source web platform.

What’s Fixed in Joomla 5.3.2

Installer Error Page Fix – Corrects an issue with the error page used during installation.
Custom Form Validation Restored – Fixes problems affecting the proper functioning of validation in custom forms.
“Show Password” Button Added to Login Module – Enhances usability by allowing users to preview their password entry.

Joomla 5.3.2, released on July 8, 2025, is available in ZIP, tar.gz, and tar.zst formats. You can download full packages for new installations or update packages for upgrading from Joomla 5.2.x or 5.3.0–5.3.1.
